The North American International Auto Show in Detroit kicks off this week and runs through January 22nd, meaning that there are a lot of exciting announcements ahead for automotive enthusiasts and new car buyers alike. What we're most excited about is the Audi Q8 Concept SUV, which promises to be 'even more luxurious than any Audi before,' according to Audi global sales director Dietmar Voggenreiter.
